The afternoon will include:
Balancing breathwork aimed at creating equilibrium in the body and mind.
Balancing flow yoga combining elements of Vinyasa Flow with a focus on balance and stability.
A chakra balancing meditation to harmonise the seven main energy centers, or chakras, in the body.
A yin yoga practice to address imbalances in the physical and energetic bodies, and balance the flow of energy, or "qi”.
Energy ball snacks and fresh juice shots to help balance blood sugar and maintain energy levels.
