Small Group Classes

Small group classes work in a similar way to private lessons, where your group chooses to work on a specific element of Yoga practice, or it can be a creative way to get a group together for a celebration, for example a hen party or a birthday, or who are all working the same health issues. 

Working with a small group enables me to take into account various skill levels, and offer modifications when needed. A small group class can take place at a venue of your choosing on a day/time to suit.

Corporate Yoga / Yoga in the Office

Bring Yoga to your office as a one off for a function or as a regular routine. Yoga is beneficial for team building, stress relief, pain reduction and is a popular way to bring health and wellbeing into the work environment.  It trains employees to become more aware of their own physical and mental state and this increased awareness can help them to change the way they respond to stress and anxiety. They learn to focus their minds more effectively so they can concentrate on the task at hand – a vitally useful skill to have in a fast-paced workplace where multitasking is a way of life.

I offer a very popular 30-minute “Escape your desk” session which has been shown to improve energy levels, reduce stress and relieve pain in the lower back.
