Private Yoga Lessons
A private Yoga lesson is a session tailored exclusively to you, focussing on your unique needs and goals. Private yoga lessons give you the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback in real-time, which isn't always possible in a group setting or if you practice online.
Private lessons can help you develop a deeper connection with your practice and a greater sense of self-awareness and understanding, which can help you learn poses more effectively. Private yoga can be an incredibly effective way to find calm and balance in your life, especially if anxiety and stress prevail in your day-to-day.
I offer private lessons can take place at at my home studio, situated in the quiet Sussex countryside, or a venue of your choice (many people prefer their lessons at home), or even over Zoom.
Private lessons are 60 minutes or 90 minutes in length. The longer session enables me to incorporate Thai Yoga Massage (if desired). This is a type of massage that is performed through clothing and combines stretching, gentle twisting, asanas and palming to relieve muscular tension, and improve circulation.
I offer a trial session (60-75 mins) for £35 Thereafter private lessons are bookable in blocks of 5 for £250 (5 x 60 min sessions) or 5 for £325 (5 x 90 min sessions).
