The retreat begins with gentle, floor-based movement, guided by breath, to help you settle into your body and create mindfulness. From there, we move slowly and consciously through a selection of restorative yoga poses, supported with simple props, to deeply release tension and restore your energy.
To enhance the experience, you will receive optional hands-on Reiki assist, a time-honored healing art from Japan, which uses a gentle touch and is synergistic with a restorative yoga practice.
Open to all levels, this retreat offers a moment of calm to restore balance and holiday cheer. Wear comfortable clothing - sports leggings or jogging pants are ideal.
